Job Title: Lead Estimator/Senior Cost Engineer
Location
: Lagos

Prime Responsibilities

  • Support the development of structured, consistent and accurate cost control, reporting and estimating for a surface facilities project.
  • Provide support to individual Project team members in establishing and maintaining up to date project cost engineering deliverables including variance analysis of cost over/under runs.
  • Monitor expenditure monthly on a Value of Work Done (VOWO) basis for the project to produce cost forecasts (latest estimates), to provide timely notification of potential over/under-runs against approved budgets.
  • Produce monthly/quarterly/annual variance and trend analysis expenditure reports
  • Produce deliverables to support PE’s/PM’s by establishment and maintenance of cost progress S-curves (inclusive of actuals, forecasts, and commitments) for the ongoing project – prepare overall project summary reports on the same basis.
  • Capture and highlight costs resulting from the change control procedure.

Qualifications

  • B.Eng in any Engineering or Technical discipline.
  • Master qualification, Professional certification/membership will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 8 years or more experience and 3 years or more in current position.
  • Technical professional with in depth project fabrication engineering/construction experience and knowledge of project controls requirements particularly relating to such.

Job Title: Offshore Logistics Lead
Location
: Lagos

Prime Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all materials and personnel are tracked to and from the rig and that all costs associated with drilling and completing the well are captured when possible
  • Supervises the loading and offloading of vessels at the rig site, ensuring that materials loaded and offloaded match with the manifest for accounting and tracking purposes
  • Coordinates with drilling supervisors, drilling engineers, and operations geologists to ensure that all materials and personnel movements are executed at rig site
  • Liaises with rig contractors and service companies to ensure that personnel, services, materials, equipment, etc. are available in quantity and quality as required to drill the clients wells
  • Takes immediate actions to safeguard personnel, assets, and environment in emergency situations related to well construction operations
  • Liaises with logistics base to optimize land, sea, and air transports, minimizing trips and optimizing shipping and handling of materials and personnel to support rig operations
  • Ensures that materials, equipment, and services are mobilized / demobilized in an effective and timely manner
  • Tracks daily offshore costs for input into daily cost reports
  • Liaises regularly with the drilling rigs and OIMR/construction vessels to know their loading plans, priorities, prepares and issues site daily vessel movement schedule taking into account cargo priorities of various platforms
  • Prepares all required paperwork and manifests relating to received and discharged cargo from vessels

Job Title: Dimensional Control Manager

Prime Responsibilities

  • Implement of Dimensional Control Surveying (DCS) in accordance with Quality Management System.
  • Ensure Dimensional Control meet the project contractual requirements with the objective of achieving project specification and gaining clients’ confidence level and assurance.
  • Coordinatewith project team to plan, develop and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
  • Train and educate Production team and Subcontractor QC personnel to the requirements of Dimensional Control Procedure.

Job Title: Lead Commissioning Engineer

Prime Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all technical queries
  • Reviews contractual documentation and engineering documents to ensure that the commissioning & start-up requirements are accounted for in the design.
  • Prepares and keeps up-to-date the pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans (including the schedule and the mobilization of personnel and equipment).
  • Supervises the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures.
  • Supervises the preparation of the performance test procedures and of the operating manuals with the process team.
  • Assists procurement group for the definition of vendor assistance

  • Lead the installation and completion of all electrical and instrumentation equipment
  • To carry out installation of instruments, consoles and power system
  • Address site issues with respect to wiring diagrams, schematics, TAG duplication,

Job Title: Heavy Lifting & Installation Manager

Prime Responsibilities

  • Lead and establish the overall planning and strategy of T&l Projects amongst all contractors through the formulation and implementation of specific T&l strategies
  • Oversee the installation barge spread, transportation spread and installation of offshore facilities in meeting project schedule, cost effectiveness and in compliance to HSE and quality requirements in accordance with the contract, work processes, set policies, procedures, guidelines, specifications and governmental regulations.
  • Manage and review the schedule and cost performances through the analysis, trending and bench-marking of findings and provide recommendations to improvise overall T&l performances in delivering maximum value creation for the Company

Job Title: Senior Planning Engineer

Prime Responsibilities

  • Produce planning deliverables in accordance with the project timetable of phased implementation from engineering/ procurement/construction/pre-commissioning/commissioning data.
  • Assemble planning deliverables by early engagement with the project team so as to prepare the work-scope within a timely manner to maintain the schedule.
  • Produce deliverables based on alerting the project to potential schedule difficulties. Propose mitigation solutions based on “what if” scenarios run in Primavera Project Planning software.
  • Produce interface planning deliverables in accordance with the project timetable of phased implementation from engineering/procurement/construction/pre-commissioning/commissioning data.

Job Title: Superintendent – Welding
Location: 
Lagos

Prime Responsibilities

  • Manage all welding and associated activities carried out within assigned work area.
  • Identify manpower and timeline requirements for the assigned work pack via the weekly resource plan working in conjunction with planning engineers.
  • Ensure completed welds are of satisfactory appearance/cleanliness and suitable for Visual Inspections/Non Destructive Testing (NDT).
  • Ensure Daily Welding Records are being raised on a daily basis for each welder, ensuring each weld is logged and the information cascaded to QA/QC.
  • Ensure all welders are conversant with the Welding Procedure Specifications to which they are working.
  • Ensure random monitoring of welding controls as detailed in the Welding Procedure
  • Ensure specifications (WPSs) during the welding cycle.

Qualification

Job Title: Senior Field Engineer

Prime Responsibilities

  • Responsible for stewarding contractors performance, engaging/aligning key stakeholders, engaging discipline engineers and expert resources from the global experts, as required, to complete the assigned scope consistent with the projects objectives.
  • Ensure smooth transitions between project stages, across sites and between key stakeholders.
  • Oversee EPC/FEED level engineering, procurement, execution planning through to completion and start up.
  • Participates in identification and sourcing and management of long lead equipment,

Prime Responsibilities

  • Marketing inspection services, making proposals and tendering for new inspection business, within agreed levels outlined in the management system
  • Management of relationships with clients to the benefit of the Company
  • Liaising with client and company personnel to ensure work is carried out according to an agreed schedule and within the terms of the contract
